In Preservation of the flowers and foliage found in natural environment of Beautiful Exotic Land Trinidad and Tobago:
“we too are original as the trees and flowers and we cannot exist without it”.
Caroline Williams, a self-taught Botanical Artist who discovered her own unique style of pressing flowers, leaves and foliage from our environment.
Inspired by the abundance of the flowers and foliage of Trinidad and Tobago “I will continue to work and design these beautiful collages and greeting cards and keep these alive by preserving this unique art which is indigenous to our country and to raise an awareness and appreciation of nature that we so often take for granted. These are some of the jewels of the our country which we must treasure forever.”
Trinidad and Tobago is blessed with an abundance of beautiful flowers, foliage and very beautiful and creative people, which makes us all very unique.
I will continue to work with inspiration and determination bring to all some of the beauty of our own natural environment. Each one of us is a work of art and we too are the flowers of the earth. “God has created each and every one of us to do something special and He has also blessed each of us with a special inspiration to bring joy to the hearts of each other, we just need to work at it.”
Caroline is member of the Women In Art Organization of Trinidad and Tobago, and the Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago and has participated in several group exhibitions over the years. She has also donated her work to several charitable organizations throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
