Victoria Trestrail was born in Trinidad in 1977.
At twenty years of age she attended a Visual Arts course at Western University, Canada.
From 1998 to 2003 she worked for various international bodies. After this, she took up painting full time as a watercolourist and acrylic artist.
In 2004 she attended a workshop with United States artist Stan Miller, Signature member of the American Watercolour Society, 2004 winner of The Artist's Magazine Landscape Competition.
Her genre of work includes figures, still-life, landscapes and portraits and is represented in private collections in Trinidad, South America and the United Kingdom.
In 2005, she was offered a spot in a group exhibition by a New York City art gallery.
Victoria works from her home studio.
