Rental of ASTT Gallery Space

The Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago's Headquarters and Gallery is located at the Corner of Jamaica Boulevard and St Vincent Avenue, Federation Park, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, W.I.

This space is for rent on a first come first served basis. You can contact the Rental Manager, Ilka Hilton-Clarke, at (868) 624 2330 of email her at hiltoncl@flowtrinidad.net to check available dates.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Concessionary Rate (to charitable organisations etc)
    This could be no more than 5%, 7%, 10% or 15% of the non-member rate. To be discussed.
  2. Non-Refundable Rent deposit
    The required non-refundable rental deposit will be 30% of the total rental fee and is due on confirmation of requested dates and signing of the contract. The remaining balance of the rent is due seven (7) days before the day of occupation.
  3. Venue Availability
    Venues are available on a first come first served basis, check available dates with the Rental Manager.
  4. Staffing
    An ASTT member is to be employed by the renter at an additional cost of TT$ 200.00 per day, from the date of occupation and one day after. 
  5. Responsibility of Renter
    The Renter is responsible for his/her own advertising, invitations, invitation list and catering and insuring his exhibition.
