UDECOTT officially opens the new waterfront buildings and "unveiled" the art wall.
After many key figures gave a speech and "DIVINE ECHOES" played a salsa rendition of I WILL SURVIVE, the Prime Minister witnessed the unveiling of the Art Wall.
As the canopy came off, it revealed a Louison seascape. Guests then mingled and sipped wine at the waterfront and some wandered around and admired the art on the wall. Many ASTT members were featured and some were in attendance. Here are some photos from the event.

THE Queen's Park Oval is turning its exterior walls into a "People's Canvas" which will advertise corporate brands that are sponsoring the venture.
The People's Canvas will be officially unveiled tomorrow by President George Maxwell Richards.
David Lewis, CEO of Label House Group Limited in collaboration with the Queen's Park Cricket Club, worked with Advantage Advertising Limited, the Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago and the Port of Spain City Council to bring fresh urban art to the nation's capital and decided that the Oval wall will be transformed into the "People's Canvas", a permanent public, outdoor gallery for reproductions of the work of some of our nation's vibrant young artists".
According to a media release from Advantage, leading the way in "revolutionising the means by which corporate brands can attain meaningful visual impact are the Lovemark sponsors,
Digicel, Scotiabank, BG, Witco and Southern Sales, who helped to sponsor the project".
The launch will be held at the Oval, Tragarete Road, Port of Spain, and will include the Minister of Community Culture and Gender Affairs Marlene McDonald, Mayor of Port of Spain, Murchison Brown and other officials of the Art Society, of the Lovemark Sponsors and members of the QPCC Board, Label House Group and Advantage Advertising Limited.
