Arthur Magin
Born in 1912, Magin is self-taught, apart from a short period spent at Heatherley School of Art in the United Kingdom in 1963.
He has exhibited with the Trinidad Art Society since 1960 and in other exhibitions in the West Indies, Canada, U.S.A. and the United Kingdom and Gao Paulo in Brazil.
After some years he has been mainly experimenting with epoxy in which medium he produces abstractions in glowing colours. He has held several one-man exhibitions in Trinidad. Many individuals and commercial enterprises own his work both in Trinidad and in other countries.
